Bergamo’s artistic evolution is based on the rediscovery of techniques used back at the origin of photography: he works with the pinhole digital art, elaborating each image by exposing it to light in different stages, without any invasive intervention. People and things are thus represented through the unsophisticated view of pinhole digital art, but then the final artwork is revived by the digigraphic print.

Bergamo’s work has been displayed at Biennale Arte, Venice 2011, and at Biennale Arte Italian Pavilion, Turin 2012. He also had many personal exhibits, such as BLUES FOR HAITI, at Bocconi University, Milan 2010; SANTI, HQ-Headquarter Gallery, Milan 2011; PICS (collective), HQ-Headquarter Gallery, Milan 2011; PICS 2 (collective), HQ-Headquarter Gallery, Milan 2012; VOLTI, at Antico Oratorio della Passione, Basilica di s. Ambrogio, Milan 2013; GRANDE MAGIA (collective), DFA Gallery, Milan 2013.
